“Let me live deep while I live; let me know the rich juices of red meat & stinging wine on my palate... and I am content” — Robert E. Howard, Queen of the Black Coast.
This week is a biggie for us. After going stark raving batty about the rebirth of Conan at Titan Comics we have invited the mastermind behind the project onto the podcast Mr. Jim Zub. We travel all the way across the Hyborian Age and well beyond. Upcoming plans and a mystery to be solved are revealed.
Genuinely not to be missed.
We also creep into a demon’s cave to steal away a jeweled box of comics reviews and recommendations for you to enjoy. And feature upcoming events and new Crowdfunders. Fancy getting on the list then drop us an email here.
Here are some more Barbarians we chat about.
We also explore the other rich stories of Robert E. Howard! Couple of our favs below.
Do you have your eye on a shapely maiden or a muscled warrior? Then why not jazz up your currently appalling wardrobe?
Head over to our RedBubble Shop and pick something up – and in doing so help support the podcast.
You can also join the Awesome Comics Podcast Community over at our Slack Channel. It’s free to join and a great place to chat to sensible people with a love for all flavours of the medium.
“I live, I love, I slay, and I am content”
See you seven days with news of a convention across the sea.
